As a Graduate Project Manager/Engineer in the field of wind energy, you will play a vital role in overseeing the construction and installation phases of wind farm projects. Wind energy is a rapidly expanding sector in the renewable energy industry, and this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to sustainable energy generation. You will work closely with experienced project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure the successful execution of wind farm projects.
Highlights of the program:
- You will have an opportunity to rotate across different areas of the business over 2 yrs.
- You'll be actively integrated into the day-to-day business of your project teams, assuming full responsibility for the tasks assigned to you.
- You will be assigned a mentor and a work buddy and shadow a role or position you are interested in.
- You will network with peers and business leaders and take part in the graduate training modules with access to tools to help you grow.
Your background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in construction management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of construction management software and tools.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work outdoors and travel to project sites as required.
- Commitment to promoting sustainability and renewable energy solutions.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and conditions.
- Eagerness to learn and develop construction management skills in the wind energy sector.
