Project Manager / Site Supervisor – Award-Winning Regional Builder | Mildura VIC

Join an award-winning, forward-thinking building company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across the Murray–Darling region. UBS is expanding and seeking an experienced Project Manager / Site Supervisor to help lead our growing pipeline of work throughout Victoria and New South Wales.

About the Role:

You'll manage the day-to-day delivery of diverse construction projects; overseeing program, cost, quality, and safety. From custom homes to large-scale commercial builds, you'll ensure every detail is executed with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project delivery from contract to handover
  • Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site teams
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance standards are met
  • Prepare schedules, monitor budgets, and report progress
  • Lead with integrity and maintain a strong site culture

You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years experience in project management or site supervision
  • Proven ability to manage multiple builds and teams
  • Strong technical understanding of residential/commercial construction
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Current Australian Driver's licence and White Card
