Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor or retail sales assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in beauty and skincare, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Beauty Advisor, you will guide our customers through our product lines, provide personalized beauty consultations, and help them discover products that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer personalized beauty and skincare consultations to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and makeup applications.
  • Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered.
  • Manage inventory and display merchandise attractively.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role in the cosmetic industry.
  • A strong passion for beauty and skincare with a keen eye for color and style.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in makeup application and skincare consultation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; beauty certification is a plus.
