We're now looking for a 
hands-on, creative, and highly skilled Content Creator
 to bring our clients' brands to life through engaging, high-quality video and photography for social media. If you love capturing moments, crafting compelling visuals, and working in a fast-paced creative environment, this could be your perfect role.

About the role

You'll be responsible for filming, photographing, and editing content for a variety of platforms—primarily Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You will be equally comfortable shooting on an iPhone as you are behind a DSLR/mirrorless camera, and confident editing content to suit brand aesthetics and trending formats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Film and edit short-form social media content, including Reels, TikToks, Stories, and promotional videos.
  • Capture high-quality photography for campaigns, events, and client projects.
  • Work on location and in-studio to create a variety of content styles.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop concepts and storyboards.
  • Stay across social media trends, popular sounds, and emerging formats to keep client content fresh.
  • Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere.
  • Retouch and edit images using Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop.
  • Support broader social media campaigns with content creation that aligns with brand tone and style.

About you

  • Proven experience in filming and editing social media content.
  • Proficiency in both iPhone-based content creation and professional camera equipment.
  • Video editing skills with knowledge of current social media formats and trends.
  • Strong photography skills, including composition, lighting, and styling.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar editing tools.
  • A creative eye for detail and ability to work within brand guidelines.
  • Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential).
  • Exceptional time management and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude with a passion for creativity.
