Job Title: Social Media Content Coordinator

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled content creator to lead our social media presence and drive brand growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing engaging content, driving trends, and visual storytelling.

  • Create and edit high-performing video and polished static imagery that aligns with our brand aesthetic.
  • Proactively identify and leverage the latest trends, sounds, and content formats to contribute to planning and managing a dynamic social media calendar.
  • Delve into visual storytelling, delivering high-quality, visually stunning graphics for IG stories, posts, and other marketing channels like email.
  • Cultivate community by driving initiatives to grow and foster a delightful brand experience with our audience.
  • Take ownership of optimising and growing new and existing channels to drive brand discovery and engagement.
Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • A deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube, and knowledge of how to drive organic growth.
  • Familiarity with the latest social media trends, pop culture, and Gen-Z culture, and ability to translate these into actionable content ideas.
  • An exceptional eye for visual aesthetics and impeccable attention to detail, consistently producing polished visuals.
  • Proficiency in video and photo editing skills, with demonstrable proficiency in relevant tools.
  • Excellent written skills, able to write clear, concise, and engaging copy that embodies our brand voice.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple content streams independently.
  • A positive, collaborative, and proactive attitude, with willingness to be nimble, a continuous learner, and an all-rounder when needed.
