CODI Agency is seeking an experienced and dynamic Content Creator for a freelance or part-time role. Only candidates with at least one year of relevant experience who are comfortable being on camera will be considered.

Role Overview

As a Content Creator, you will help drive the agency's content strategy for our clients, oversee production across formats, and be a key on-camera presence. You'll collaborate with senior leadership and ensure our content stands out in a fast-moving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help develop and execute a data-driven content strategy aligned with marketing and business goals
  • Generate and produce engaging content across formats (written, social, video, etc.)
  • Act as a brand ambassador on camera, filming and presenting as needed
  • Analyse content performance, report insights, and optimise strategies based on data
  • Collaborate with the Senior Strategist and report to the Creative Content Lead
  • Ensure brand consistency, meet deadlines and adhere to style guidelines
  • Track and report on content performance, recommending improvements
  • Stay updated on the latest content creation tools and technologies
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of professional content creation experience, including on-camera work
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices
  • Proven ability to develop and execute social video strategies, especially for TikTok
  • Demonstrated experience creating video content for paid social campaigns
  • Creative thinker capable of producing scroll-stopping concepts and visuals
  • Full-cycle content creation skills: brainstorming, pre-production, filming, editing, posting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Client-facing experience and strong interpersonal abilities
  • Keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong project management and deadline-driven mindset
  • Proficiency with video editing software
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new platforms and trends
