Your new role

As a Senior Structural Engineer and Team Leader, you will oversee and coordinate a range of projects, ensuring the successful delivery of complex structural multi-residential projects. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team i.e. clients, internal stakeholders, and other team leaders to manage coordination, technical design, and project milestones. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on communication, coordination and collaboration to ensure key project milestones are met.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A great attitude and growth mindset
  • Relevant experience in structural engineering, ideally in an engineering consultancy.
  • Proven leadership and coordination skills within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in Class II residential buildings preferred.
  • Shoring design experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in engineering software, knowledge of Inducta preferred and relevant project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge.
