The Role

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you'll take the lead in designing and delivering complex structural projects — from concept through to construction. You'll work closely with clients, guide and mentor a talented team of engineers and drafters, and play a key role in driving technical excellence and innovative design outcomes.

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (CPEng/NER highly regarded)
  • 5+ years' experience in Structural Engineering
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a small team
  • Strong understanding of Australian standards, codes, and building practices
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
