Parry Logistics is a proudly family-owned transport business based in Tamworth, NSW, with depots in Sydney, Brisbane, and Moree. We're currently recruiting for a key role at our Moree depot:

  • Depot Manager / HR Driver – Full-Time, Hands-On Leadership Role

Depot Manager – Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll oversee all day-to-day operations of the Moree depot, including:

  • Scheduling and ensuring timely delivery and pickup of customer freight
  • Managing depot staff and productivity to minimise overtime
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant workplace
  • Overseeing Chep pallet exchange and returns
  • Conducting Toolbox meetings and safety inspections
  • Promoting a safety-first culture and ensuring Safe Work Procedures are followed
  • Supporting the delivery team with freight pickups and drop-offs

Depot Manager – What You'll Need:

  • Experience in a similar transport operations role
  • Current Forklift and Heavy Vehicle licences (desirable)
  • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Willingness to work alongside the team and lead by example
