Senior Consultant/Senior Manager - Merchant Pricing & Portfolio Performance
, you will join our Merchant Pricing and Portfolio Management Team that is doubling down on owning and winning together.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
- Assist in the development and execution of pricing strategies for Merchant Services across all NAB customer segments, that consider both Merchant Services profitability, Merchant Services product and partnership strategy and the overall NAB relationship value.
- Support and manage analysis of competitive environment to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and differentiation while considering broader economic and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the delivery of end-to-end pricing value chain ensuring processes and controls are robust and in line with NABs internal standards including pricing frameworks, pricing governance/compliance and pricing modelling.
- Support, manage and contribute to strategic and BAU initiatives as required, including business case modelling and analysis.
- Support and contribute to regulatory reporting
- Support and manage broader business revenue reporting insights and forecasting.
- Collaborate with domain, sales, operations, and finance teams to align pricing models, decisions, and changes with business objectives.

- Experience in banking ideally in a pricing or product management function
- Experience in managing pricing models and data models, understanding end to end process value chains that manage profitability across the customer lifecycle and risk
- Proven track record of delivery with attention to detail
- Problem solving
- Stakeholder & communications across cross-functional groups
- Understanding of regulatory, risk and compliance environment in banking/finance
- Business financial understanding
