Senior Housekeeper – Boutique Coastal Eco Resort | Little Beach Co. (East Coast Tasmania)

Part time - 10am - 2pm daily - This is not a live in position

Little Beach Co. is a top-rated eco resort on Tasmania's breathtaking East Coast, offering luxury glamping village accommodating up to 22 guests, our hot tub villas x 4 (soon to grow to 8) accommodating up to 16 guests, our Rockpool Resort Residence (our 3 bedroom luxury home of 350m2), a boutique restaurant, bath-house and a growing calendar of retreats and events.

We're looking for a Senior Housekeeper to take charge of our communal areas including our eco laundry. Offering beautiful Belgium linen sheets for our guests and other lux products including assistance with our own brand of shampoos, conditioners and body washes all made on site. Work in with the team on our daily operations while working hands-on in the cleaning and presentation of our beautiful accommodations and shared spaces.

About the Role:

As our Senior Housekeeper, you'll lead by example — working with an experienced team, overseeing the day to day needs of the communal areas of the resort, upholding our high standards, and ensuring our resort shines for every guest arrival.

We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, 5-star cleaning experience, and a genuine sense of pride in their work.

If you have a background in hospitality this role is ideal for someone with energy and versatility.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous senior housekeeping or supervisory experience
  • High standards and a sharp eye for detail
  • Well-presented, professional, and guest-friendly demeanour
  • Experience in 5-star or luxury accommodation highly desirable
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example
