The Young Guns Crew is currently recruiting people who want to chase their #bestversion. The role involves unloading shipping containers containing various product types and weights and also includes sorting, labelling and wrapping pallets. The more productive you work as a team, the more you get paid

Base Rate: $ Productivity Bonus

  • High Trust – You show up on time, take responsibility for your actions and communicate clearly with your team.

Minimum requirements to be considered:

  • Available to work at least 4 days per week
  • Must have current WA Driver's license and a vehicle
  • Physically fit and healthy - able to lift 25kg or more
  • Available to pick up shifts from 6:00am in the morning

A forklift license is a great bonus but it's not a must-have. However, if you've got experience using a slip sheet? You'll be in high demand.
