We're working with a well-regarded residential builder that has established a strong reputation for delivering high-quality homes and outstanding customer service. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint two New Home Sales Consultants across the South West and South East regions of Melbourne.
This opportunity is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a display home environment and enjoys guiding customers through one of the biggest decisions of their lives, building their dream home.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and consult with visitors at the display home, uncovering needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Build strong relationships and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Prepare contracts, sales documentation, and house & land packages.
- Collaborate with estimating, drafting, and construction teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Manage leads, enquiries, and follow-ups using the CRM system.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated success in new home sales, residential building, or property sales.
- Confident presentation skills and a strong customer focus.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organised.
- Ability to interpret floor plans and site requirements.
- Willingness to work weekends and attend client appointments as required.
