Work Location:
Opportunities are
FIFO
from Perth, Busselton, Karratha, Port Hedland, Fitzroy Crossing or Kununurra to our Pilbara WA mine sites.

depending on site and department.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Conduct scheduled maintenance and repairs on large-scale drilling equipment
• Maintain machinery in accordance with the OEM specifications and Fortescue's procedures
• Monitor and identify the need for maintenance consumables and supplies to ensure continuous drilling operations
• Actively participate in toolbox and safety meetings, promoting a safe work environment and identifying improvement opportunities
• Operate and maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment to meet company standards
• Follow SAP/Fortescue work management processes
• Contribute to improvement initiatives that enhance drilling fleet performance

Qualifications And Experience

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate - Heavy Diesel Fitting
• Previous experience working on Drilling Equipment in a mining environment
• Demonstrated commitment to safety
• Strong ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Familiarity with OEM diagnostic tools
• Competent in Microsoft programs
• Current C Class Drivers Licence
