Pilbara & Goldfields | 2:1 Rosters | Site-Based Field Service & DIDO

Performance Mining is seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters / Mechanics for permanent, site-based field service roles across the Pilbara and Goldfields.

We offer 2:1 FIFO from Perth and 2:1 DIDO from the Goldfields, supporting long-term maintenance across multiple projects.

What We're Looking For
  • Cert III in Mobile Plant Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)
  • Heavy Road Transport Mechanics also encouraged to apply
  • Dual-trade applicants desirable (Diesel Fitter / Auto Electrician)
  • Manual C-Class Licence
  • Australian working rights & National Police Clearance
  • Able to pass PEM + DAS
  • HRWL, Air-Con, White Card or additional tickets an advantage
