ATTRACTIVE BASE SALARY + COMMISSIONS

Genesis Health and Fitness Southern River is seeking a motivated and outgoing Membership Consultant to join our team. As a Membership Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to sell memberships and generate new leads, while also providing exceptional service to our current members.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly membership sales targets
  • Proactively generate new leads within the gym (no door knocking or cold calling)
  • Conduct tours and consultations with prospective members to demonstrate the benefits of joining our gym
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all members, including addressing questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and member interactions in our CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to create a positive and welcoming gym environment

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience is preferred, particularly in a gym or fitness environment but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with potential members
  • A self-starter with a positive and proactive attitude towards work
  • Results-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
