The Role

As a Fashion Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering the personalised, high-touch service Mara Collective is known for.

You'll assist clients in finding outfits that reflect their individuality, offer styling advice, and help create an inspiring and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and personalised styling support.
  • Assist clients in selecting outfits and refreshing their wardrobes.
  • Maintain an inviting and organised store environment.
  • Stay informed on seasonal trends and brand knowledge.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.

About You

  • A genuine passion for fashion and an eye for style.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous retail or styling experience is valued, but not essential.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively within a small boutique team.

Availability & Hours

This position requires regular weekend availability, working most Saturdays and Sundays.

Current hours (subject to change):

  • Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
  • Sunday: 10:00am – 3:00pm

Additional weekday shifts may be offered based on business needs.

Pay & Benefits

  • Hourly rate starting from $30 per hour, with applicable weekend penalty rates.
