Role Overview:

The
Sustainment Manager
is an IT Service Management (ITSM) specialist responsible for managing the transition, change, and ongoing support of complex Defence ICT capabilities.

The successful candidate will have

  • Minimum NV1 Security Clearance
  • ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification
  • Qualifications in project management (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP)
  • Defence sustainment experience (including experience in developing Materiel Acquisition Agreement, Materiel Sustainment Agreement and/or Product Schedules)
  • ICT Delivery experience
  • Experience with developing Platform Schedules to define ICT sustainment considerations
  • Operational readiness assessment reports experience
