Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment efforts – from scheduling interviews to onboarding new hires
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR systems are up-to-date and accurate
- Coordinate training sessions, events, and internal communications
- Provide general administrative support to the wider HR team
- Prepare employment contracts and support the onboarding and offboarding process
- Manage the People & Performance (HR) inbox
- Help foster a vibrant, people-first company culture
- Respond to employee enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Key skills and attributes
- Previous experience in an administration or coordination role
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Familiarity with Employment Hero (desirable)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Currently studying, or interested in studying Human Resources or a related field (advantageous)
- Approachable manner and genuine desire to provide great service
