The opportunity

Key responsibilities

  • Support recruitment efforts – from scheduling interviews to onboarding new hires
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR systems are up-to-date and accurate
  • Coordinate training sessions, events, and internal communications
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider HR team
  • Prepare employment contracts and support the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Manage the People & Performance (HR) inbox
  • Help foster a vibrant, people-first company culture
  • Respond to employee enquiries in a timely and professional manner

Key skills and attributes

  • Previous experience in an administration or coordination role
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Familiarity with Employment Hero (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Currently studying, or interested in studying Human Resources or a related field (advantageous)
  • Approachable manner and genuine desire to provide great service
