We are seeking passionate Early Childhood Educators (Diploma qualified) dedicated to fostering young children's growth. You'll create nurturing, engaging learning environments, develop age-appropriate curricula, assess progress, and build strong family relationships. Ensure high-quality care and compliance with industry standards to support children's holistic development and lifelong learning.

Essential Qualifications- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care* (or an equivalent/higher qualification as recognised by ACECQA).- A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.- Current and valid Australian Work Rights.

Desirable Skills, Attributes, and Experience- Familiarity with National Early Years Learning Frameworks and National Quality Framework required- Previous experience as an Educator, with proficiency in documenting children's development using relevant software.- Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all children.- Ability to understand developmental milestones and design age-appropriate programs.- Communication skills that allow you to effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.- Ability to within a diverse team and adapt to varying needs in an early childhood setting.
