  • Extensive Experience in pizza crafting with a refined palate for quality ingredients.
  • A track record of working in high-end pizzerias or upscale dining settings.
  • Exceptional knowledge of traditional and innovative pizza-making techniques.
  • Qualifications are favourable, though experience and skill are paramount.
  • A passion for perfection and an eye for detail in every pizza made.
  • Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience as a pizza chef in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
  • Proficiency in working with wood-fired ovens and various dough fermentation techniques.
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene, kitchen safety standards, and inventory management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and listening ); additional languages are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
  • Must be prepared to complete a trial shift to demonstrate skill, speed, and teamwork in a live kitchen environment.
