Felons is currently recruiting for a Pizza Chef to join the team who values quality, sustainability and collaboration. We offer homely, wholesome and uncomplicated dishes with locally sourced ingredients of the highest quality.

Key responsibilities include:

• Contribute to the construction and costing of menus with new culinary creations
• Assisting the Executive Chef and Head Chef with the overall operation of the kitchen
• Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
• Manage the maintenance and ordering stocks and supplies
• Manage food costs in line with the budget, along with labour costs
• Maintain consistent food standards and cleaning/hygiene routines
• Lead the kitchen team to ensure efficient and productive delivery of quality foods

What we are looking for: 

• Previous experience in a pizza kitchen or similar high-volume environment.
• Passion for pizza, hospitality, and teamwork.
• Reliability, good communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and stay calm during busy services.
• Flexibility for weekends and summer events
