Our client is seeking We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Product Owner to bridge the gap between the technical AI teams and business areas.
Job Title
: Product Owner, Artificial Intelligence

Contract Duration
: 12 Month + possible extension

Location
: Brisbane CBD (Hybrid work)

Required skiils and competencies :

  • Proven experience in product management, with a strong track record of managing products through their full lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Sufficient technical understanding of AI/ML capabilities and limitations to effectively communicate with technical teams and make informed product decisions.
  • Strong focus on understanding user needs (citizens, government employees) and designing AI solutions that are intuitive and impactful.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders, including policy makers, technical teams, and end-users.
  • Ability to define and measure the business value and societal impact of AI products.
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex government challenges into actionable AI projects.
  • A passion for public service and a commitment to ethical AI development.
