Queens Beach Hotel has been Bowen's go-to local since the 60s, great food, cold drinks, and warm hospitality are what we do best. From juicy steaks to fresh seafood and pub classics with a twist, our menu is all about good times and great taste.

Now we're on the lookout for a passionate Chef to join our crew and help us keep serving up the dishes our community loves.

A day in the life of a Chef:

  • Cooking up high-quality, delicious meals that wow our guests
  • Teaming up with a fun, fast-paced kitchen crew
  • Keeping standards high for safety, hygiene, and presentation
  • Adding your own flair to every plate

Qualifications

About you:

  • Experience in a busy kitchen (trade qualifications a plus)
  • Passion, precision, and productivity in equal measure
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Someone real, energetic, and ready to be part of the community
