We're looking for a passionate Commis Chef to join our kitchen team If you love food, have a great attitude, and want to grow in a busy, supportive environment — this role is for you.

Qualifications & experience

  • Previous kitchen experience (6 months minimum)
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to handle pressure
  • Passion for good food and presentation

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Assist senior chefs with food prep and cooking
  • Maintain a clean, organised workstation
  • Learn recipes, plating, and kitchen techniques
  • Follow hygiene and safety standards
  • Work as part of a fast-paced team during service
