Luminary Melbourne is growing and would love to extend an exciting opportunity for a Senior Advanced Skin/Dermal Therapist to join our team in a part time position. At our beautifully appointed skin clinic in Bentleigh East.

The Position

As a Luminary Melbourne Facialist, you are well practiced in delivering the highest level of customer service and achieve exemplary client skin health results. When it comes to treatments to enjoy performing a wide range of facial treatments including LED, chemical exfoliation, IPL rejuvenation, Microdermabrasion, Skin Tightening and Skin Needling. You understand the skin as a whole and are completely obsessed with delivering results. You create bespoke treatment and product plans and provide memorable and authentic client interactions to build long term client relationships. You understand the client care required to build a nurturing relationship both in person and through virtual consultations to create the most positive bespoke experience.

Role Profile

- A deep knowledge of skin physiology and ingredients. The ability to understand different formulations and ingredients to confidently prescribe them 

- A true passion for skin and treating the skins health 

- A warm and positive nature to deliver results

- An understanding and track record of building and nurturing long term client experiences and relationships 

- Strong time management skills

- The ability to take initiative and think ahead

- Have a strong work ethic. You take pride in following protocols and doing your job well

- Your clients are your heart and soul of what you do and why you do it everyday

- A qualification in Beauty Therapy or Dermal Science

- A minimum of four years industry clinical skin facial experience
