We're Hiring Beauty Therapist / Dermal Therapist – Dual Role

Location: CityMed Medical Centre, South Melbourne

Employment Type: Contractor – with Reception Duties

Hours: Negotiable | Flexible start with room to grow

Remuneration: Percentage-based + Negotiable, depending on experience

Are you a passionate and skilled Beauty or Dermal Therapist looking to join a doctor-led, reputable GP & cosmetic clinic?

We're seeking a confident, motivated, and client-focused therapist to join our supportive team at CityMed Aesthetic & Medical Clinic. This is a unique opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with front-of-house experience.

About the Role:

This is a dual role:

As a Therapist – You'll provide professional, results-driven skin treatments.

As a Receptionist – During downtime or when not with clients, you'll support our front desk team, helping with bookings, patient care, and general admin.

Your Duties Will Include:


•    Performing advanced skin treatments, including:

Chemical Peels

Skin Needling

LED Therapy

Facials


•    Providing beauty therapy services tailored to client needs


•    Assisting with reception tasks when not in treatment (bookings, welcoming clients, admin)

What We're Looking For:


•    Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in beauty or dermal therapy


•    Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills


•    A proactive, positive team player


•    Confidence in multitasking and customer service


•    Relevant qualifications in beauty or dermal therapy
