An exciting new opportunity for an experienced medical receptionist.

We are seeking a candidate to start straight away.

The Medical Receptionist will provide a friendly point of contact for our patients.

The successful applicants will

You will be responsible for:

  • Greeting patients.
  • Handling a variety of patients and nursing phone call enquiries.
  • Booking appointments and entering patient data.
  • Generating invoices and receiving payments.
  • Processing Medicare Claims.
  • Handling of incoming mail and preparation of mail to send.
  • Maintaining doctors bookings and schedules.
  • Being responsive to other team member requests.
  • Taking all doctors requests in a timely manner.
  • Other adhoc administration as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role within the medical field.

  • Be able to work in a team.
  • Best Practice Software experience would be an advantage.
  • Excellent computer abilities including Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional phone manner.
  • Able to multi task.
