Production Assistants – Villawood, NSW

About the Role

As a Production Assistant, you'll play a vital role in our daily operations, ensuring our products are packaged safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll help bring our mission to life by supporting the delivery of honest, wholesome food to customers across Australia.

What You'll Do

  • Set up, operate, and monitor packaging machinery
  • Organise and prepare materials for processing and packaging
  • Batch mix ingredients with care and precision
  • Conduct equipment clean-downs following hygiene and safety standards
  • Identify and report equipment faults
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Work across various production lines as required
  • Comply with HACCP and GMP food safety practices
  • Complete quality checks accurately and consistently
  • Participate in plant and equipment cleaning schedules

About You

You'll bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine desire to do great work. You:

  • Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Are comfortable working in a dusty/powdered production environment
  • Can work Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:30pm
  • Have good English communication skills (read/write/understand)
  • Pay close attention to detail and value accuracy
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Previous food production or packaging experience is highly regarded
