**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**

**To be successful in this role our company is looking for the following key skills and experience**:

- Assist in training team members on systems and processes
- Monitor and manage delivery teams on loading and onsite deliveries
- Leading a team for commercial and project deliveries.
- Ensure all deliveries are delivered effectively, efficiently and on time.
- To ensure that our customers are receiving courtesy calls at least 30 minutes before delivery.
- To complete all paperwork ensuring all details are filled out correctly.
- Ensure that the PDA is handled accordingly and adhering to company procedures.
- Ensure all routed company products delivered effectively and with due care
- Inspect all furniture Items, packaged and unpackaged. Noting any damages on the paperwork.
- Ensure all routed company products are stored in company delivery vehicle(s) safely and efficiently to ensure mínimal product damage.
- Operate the delivery vehicle, all company asset(s) and equipment in a safe and effective manner to therefore minimize the risk of injury, property damage and/or loss of life.
- Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to internal and external stakeholders and clients.
- To be presentable and to adhere to Designer Transports uniform policies.
- Collaborate with the State Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, Customer Service department and delivery team to ensure effective and on-time delivery of customer product
- Supervise all deliveries and the delivery team to ensure all delvieries are handled correctly, with fantastic customer service and on-time
- Provide feedback on delivery team to State Operations Manager as required
- Provide relevant training to Crew Assistant on all deliveries and tasks as required
- Assist the operations manager, warehouse manager, warehouse assistant, and all general staff with tasks associated with deliveries and other related and non-related tasks.
- Provide manual labor assistance on various tasks and projects.
- Ensure all areas of work are clean, tidy, safe and presentable.
- Maintain daily scheduled deliveries.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are utilised effectively and are maintained and stored in a safe and secure manner.
- To ensure that incidents are recorded and reported to the State Operations Manager.
- Adhere to all company WH&S policies and procedures

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Villawood, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
