We are seeking a motivated individual to join the Colgate-Palmolive Villawood Home Care manufacturing team on afternoon shift (3pm - 11pm).

The **Manufacturing Team Member (MTM)** is responsible for working in a team to successfully accomplish business objectives:

- Producing a range of Colgate products including Liquid Home Care and Fabric Conditioners
- Working safely according to Villawood principles and guidelines
- Identifying opportunities for Continuous Improvement
- Solving problems in the manufacturing environment
- Working in a team to achieve production targets
- Ensuring product meets all quality specifications
- Maintaining environmental standards in regard to the manufacture of Colgate product

**Essential Skills**:

- Experience as a Machine Operator in FMCG
- Ability to work in a technically advanced / automated manufacturing environment
- Problem solving and ability to respond efficiently to production breakdowns
- Communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to record and analyse basic production data
- Teamwork/relationship building/collaboration skills

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Forklift License essential
- Trade Qualifications are highly regarded
- Experience in a manufacturing environment/similar industry highly regarded
