At RE/MAX Success, we're passionate about nurturing new talent—and right now, we're looking for a motivated, people-focused individual to join our team as a Property Management Assistant.

This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone who's ready to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the property industry. You'll work alongside one of our experienced Property Managers and receive consistent, practical training to set you up for success.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our property management team, your day will be diverse and rewarding. You'll play a key support role in a shared portfolio, with responsibilities including:

  • Communicating with property owners, tenants and tradespeople
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and lease renewals
  • Attending and conducting property inspections - this includes entry condition reports at the start of a lease, routine inspections during the tenancy, and exit inspections at the end
  • Responding to questions or concerns from tenants or owners as part of a team-based approach
  • Supporting our Leasing and Property Managers with service tasks as needed
  • Learning how our systems, legislation and processes work with support from our Training & Development Specialist

We'll provide you with everything you need for the role, including a company vehicle, iPhone, and AirPods—plus free onsite parking.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with:

  • A current Real Estate Salesperson Certificate (or the willingness to obtain one)
  • A valid Queensland Driver's Licence
  • Great people skills and a can-do attitude
  • Strong communication and time management abilities
  • A genuine desire to learn and grow
  • Previous customer service, hospitality or administration experience is a bonus but not essential
