We seek a highly skilled professional to manage our residential property portfolio on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to achieve sales and earnings targets.
  • Identify and pursue new investment opportunities for clients.
  • Conduct routine property inspections, entry and exit condition reports, lease renewals, and break lease actions.
  • Manage debtors and prepare necessary documents for landlords and tenants.
  • Collaborate with our team to explore innovative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Property Manager (ideally 5 years).
  • Local knowledge of the property industry within Toowoomba.
  • Understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation.
  • Current driver's licence and property management licence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • A team player who is enthusiastic, energetic, and highly organised.
