Project Manager

Brisbane | Gold Coast

Civil Construction / Bulk Earthworks

$160,000 – $200,000 + Super + Vehicle

Cranfield Group is partnered with a national civil contractor who have recently won civil and bulk earthworks projects in the Queensland and is looking for a Project Manager to be based out of their Brisbane or Gold Coast Office. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project planning, programming and delivery from tender to handover
  • Lead site teams to ensure quality, safety, and financial targets are met
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and ensure compliance with relevant standards
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-driven culture

Experience:

  • Australian working rights are essential
  • Proven experience managing civil infrastructure and/or bulk earthworks projects
  • Strong commercial and contractual understanding
  • Confident communicator and leader with a proactive approach
  • Knowledge of RMS specifications is highly regarded (Not Essential)
