This is a hands-on role for someone who loves storytelling, client interaction, and crafting content that makes an impact. You'll plan and manage shoots, communicate with clients, and edit engaging videos for web and social. Occasional on-site filming opportunities are available.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Producing and managing shoots from concept to completion
  • Editing in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Communicating with clients and managing deadlines
  • Finding, briefing and working with freelance shooters around the world
  • Delivering polished, on-brand content across various industries for our portfolio of clients.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 3+ years' experience in video production or agency work (If you're talented and young don't let this hold you back from applying though We're open to chatting to up and coming talent)
  • Is confident in client-facing roles - happy to pick up a phone or jump on a zoom call when needed.
  • Has strong camera equipment and technical production knowledge (camera operation a plus) to build schedules, shot lists, briefs and know how to guide a videographer before a shoot.
  • Can balance creativity with deadlines
  • Brings a proactive, solutions-focused attitude

About Vidsta

Vidsta is a fast-growing video production company based in Brisbane, creating content for some of Australia's most recognisable brands across corporate, agriculture, real estate, and lifestyle. With over 5600 videographers and photographers on our platform, we're looking for a creative production all-rounder who can produce and edit high-quality video content from concepting with clients, to briefing shooters, to delivering edits. We work primarily in the Adobe environment, so having a deep understanding of Premiere Pro and After Effects is critical.
