Studio Client & Marketing Assistant

Part-Time (20–25 hrs/week across 4–5 days)

Reports to: Operations Manager

Bright Tsar Studio is a creative production company specialising in social media videos, podcasts, and workshops. We help ambitious businesses share their voice, grow their brand, and connect with audiences.

We're looking for a Studio Client & Marketing Assistant, an all-rounder who's people-first. You'll be the friendly face clients meet, the voice that nurtures new leads, and the hand behind our socials keeping BTS visible and engaging online.

What You'll Be Doing

Client Experience – Welcome clients, keep sessions running smoothly, and ensure every visit feels supported.

Lead Nurturing & Sales Support – Reply to enquiries, book consultations, run intro chats, and hand over clean briefs to senior staff.

Social Media Management (IG, Facebook, TikTok only) – Post/schedule approved content, write simple captions, engage in comments/DMs, and spot relevant trends.

Relationship Building – Check in with clients, send reminders, collect testimonials, and keep relationships warm.

General Support – Keep notes tidy in ClickUp, send follow-ups, coordinate simple bookings, and keep client areas presentable.

About You
  • Warm, approachable, and professional—people feel comfortable around you.
  • Confident communicator (in person, phone, and online).
  • Organised and reliable, you follow through and close loops.
  • Social-media savvy on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (posting, scheduling, basic captions, daily engagement).
  • Proactive and self-directed, you take initiative rather than wait for tasks.
  • Flexible availability across 4–5 days (20–25 hrs total).
