Sleeper Wall Constructions is a specialist in building concrete sleeper retaining walls across South East Queensland. We take pride in delivering high-quality work with a strong focus on safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced labourers and operators to join our Brisbane-based team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Install H-posts and assist with retaining wall construction
- Operate excavators/skid steers for pier holes, augering, and rock drilling
- Read and follow engineering plans
- Maintain site safety and support daily team coordination
- Manage material deliveries and assist with quality assurance tasks (iPad provided)
What You'll Need
- Valid Driver's Licence & White Card
- Tickets for Excavator, Skid Steer & Dogging (highly regarded)
- Previous experience in construction or civil works
- Strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive attitude
- Willingness to take responsibility and contribute to a positive team culture
What We Offer
