As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced labourers and operators to join our Brisbane-based team.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Install H-posts and assist with retaining wall construction
  • Operate excavators/skid steers for pier holes, augering, and rock drilling
  • Read and follow engineering plans
  • Maintain site safety and support daily team coordination
  • Manage material deliveries and assist with quality assurance tasks (iPad provided)

What You'll Need

  • Valid Driver's Licence & White Card
  • Tickets for Excavator, Skid Steer & Dogging (highly regarded)
  • Previous experience in construction or civil works
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive attitude
  • Willingness to take responsibility and contribute to a positive team culture
