About the Role

Senior Helpers Australia is seeking an ICT Assistant to support the ICT Manager with day-to-day technology and systems tasks. This role will provide basic IT support, assist with data entry, and help maintain the organisation's systems across head office and franchise locations.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide first level IT support to staff (password resets, email, Microsoft 365, SharePoint).

· Assist with data entry, updating registers, and maintaining accurate records.

· Support the setup of computers, phones, and other devices.

· Help with routine system checks, backups, and basic troubleshooting.

· Assist with training staff on simple ICT processes.

· Escalate issues to the ICT Manager when required.

Skills & Qualifications

· Certificate level qualification in Information Technology (TAFE or equivalent).

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and common business applications.

· Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

· Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
