IT Test Analyst

Drive Continuous Improvement in Digital Operations

Lutheran Services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Test Analyst to ensure the delivery of high-quality ICT solutions across our enterprise systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in testing and implementing critical platforms such as TechnologyOne’s Ci Anywhere ERP and Humanforce’s rostering system, supporting transformation across a complex service organisation.

Location: Support Centre, Milton

Employment Type: Full-Time, 12 Month Contract

Remuneration Range: Circa $90-$100K + Superannuation + Salary Packaging

About the Role

Reporting to the Program Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring our enterprise systems are reliable, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs. You’ll lead testing activities across multiple projects, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to identify and resolve issues before deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive test scripts for ERP and SaaS systems

- Lead regression and end-to-end testing across multiple platforms

- Collaborate with vendors to resolve bugs and validate new functionality

- Work with stakeholders to ensure systems meet user requirements

- Support the uplift of testing capability using Azure DevOps

- Contribute to the development of a test framework and repository

- Communicate training plans and support end-user adoption

- Participate in reviews of functional and technical specifications

About You

You’re a collaborative problem-solver with a passion for quality and continuous improvement. You thrive in cross-functional environments and are confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You align to our values of kindness, empowerment, integrity and innovation and have:

- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- Experience in software testing, including ERP systems (ideally Technology One Ci Anywhere)

- Strong Azure DevOps skills and familiarity with SDLC

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Experience with SaaS platforms and testing methodologies
