Established in 2008, we are a leading Asian food import and wholesale company headquartered in Brisbane, with distribution networks covering all of Australia. Over the years, we have been dedicated to delivering high-quality Asian food products to the Australian market and have built long-term partnerships with major Asian grocery stores and local supermarket chains. As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a passionate Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and grow with us.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for candidates with 1+ years of sales experience who excel at building relationships and have a strong passion for driving sales. You will work closely with senior management to expand market reach, maintain strong client relationships, and promote new products to achieve sales growth.

Your role will involve managing existing accounts and developing new markets, including Asian supermarkets, migrant-focused grocery stores, and Australian local or independent supermarkets. You will also be responsible for proposing and executing sales initiatives to ensure our products continue to expand their market presence.

Key Responsibilities

.Communicate with existing clients, process orders, and promote new products

.Develop new customers, including Asian supermarkets and local Australian retail channels

.Conduct price negotiations and contract discussions

.Propose and execute sales and promotional strategies

.Gather market and competitor insights, and recommend improvements

..Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve satisfaction and repeat business

.Prepare regular sales and market analysis reports

.Assist with new product launches and promotional campaign planning/execution

Requirements

.Minimum 1 year of sales or related experience (experience in food is an advantage)

.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with excellent relationship-building ability

.Fluent English with professional business communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage

.Basic skills in market analysis and data interpretation

.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets under pressure

.Strong multitasking and time management skills

.Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within Australia

Job Summary

.Full-time, Monday to Friday

.Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience

.Must have the legal right to work in Australia
