The Role

We're on the lookout for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our supportive and talented team full-time Based in our Fawkner location, you may occasionally be rostered at other locations to help cover staff leave – of course, this flexibility goes both ways.

As our receptionist, you'll be the first friendly face our patients see Your role is key in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for both patients and referring doctors. You'll collaborate closely with our amazing admin and clinical teams to keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greeting and assisting patients with a warm and welcoming attitude
  • Managing bookings, reschedules, and cancellations with ease
  • Answering patient inquiries and handling inbound calls professionally
  • Ensuring patient records are accurate and confidential
  • Processing invoices, payments, and other admin tasks
  • Supporting the team with general administrative duties as needed
