We are looking to hire a **part time** Receptionist to work at our **Collins Street**(Dental Imaging)branchfor two days a week on Wednesdays and Thursdays. At Collins Radiology we have a professional, supportive and friendly team, dedicated to providing care to patients.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

The main responsibilities of the successful applicant will be:

- Creating a great first impression when greeting patients/referring doctors/other industry associates both face to face and over the telephone
- Answering/transferring incoming calls
- Booking appointments
- Entering patients and referrer details accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensuring work flow is conducted in a correct and timely manner
- Opening/closing branch
