Carter Capner Law is growing – and with exciting momentum comes the need for a strategic and accomplished litigator. We're seeking a senior Litigation Lawyer with a passion for justice to take a lead role in class actions and other commercial disputes.

This isn't your standard litigation role. You'll be at the forefront of major consumer class actions, working closely with our Founder and Director, Peter Carter and directing a team of very capable paralegals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Carriage of high-impact class actions and commercial litigation
  • Advise and act on disputes that directly affect consumers and businesses
  • Collaborate with an experienced team of litigators
  • Influence litigation strategy and contribute to firm-wide initiatives
  • Grow into a recognised authority on commercial issues in the consumer and commercial protection space

What You Bring

You are a driven and accomplished lawyer with:

  • 7+ years PAE in litigation, with proven commercial litigation experience
  • A strategic mindset and strong technical skills
  • Excellent judgment and a knack for managing competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A commitment to excellence, learning, and delivering for clients
