Personal Care Worker - Aged Care

Conexson is hiring dedicated Personal Care Worker (PCW) looking for flexibility, variety, and plenty of shifts in Aged Care. Join our agency and work across multiple Residential Aged Care facilities within Bundaberg and surrounding towns. Enjoy the freedom to choose when and where you work.

On the job you will:

  • Provide safe, high-quality, person-centered care to residents
  • Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, and meals
  • Support residents' independence, dignity, and wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with nurses and other care staff
  • Maintain accurate care documentation in line with facility standards

What you bring:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
  • Minimum 6-12 months experience as a PCW (Aged Care preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for caring for older Australians
  • Valid Working Rights in Australia
  • Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations (including flu and COVID-19)
