About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Aftersales Customer Service Representative to join our team in Wetherill Park. This role is key to ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience for both our re-sellers and end customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with re-sellers and end customers to manage post-sale inquiries and service requests.
  • Coordinate technicians for repairs, warranty claims, and product servicing.
  • Track and follow up on delivery issues, replacements, and service outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, production, and sales.
  • Provide product support and aftersales guidance to re-sellers.

About You:

  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a premium product or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
