We are currently seeking a passionate and self-motivated Customer Service Representative – Service to support the continued growth of our Service Sales division in Sydney. This role will be responsible for actively promoting and selling our aftersales products and services across our Jungheinrich, TCM, and Manitou product lines.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure seamless service delivery, identify new opportunities, and support customer success.
Key Responsibilities- Actively sell the full range of aftersales products and services, identifying customer needs and presenting value-driven solutions.
- Build and strengthen relationships with new, existing, and previously lost customers to drive business development.
- Negotiate, prepare, and renew service contracts to align with customer requirements.
- Collaborate regularly with State and Key Account Sales teams to deliver exceptional customer service outcomes.
- Implement and execute sales strategies across your assigned region and customer base.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotes for repairs and service work using internal systems and tools.
- Analyse service performance metrics and support the customer in identifying improvement opportunities.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost service awareness.
- Apply technical knowledge to assist in identifying service opportunities and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Present and review reports with customers, defining and agreeing on next steps to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Highly organised, methodical, and has strong attention to detail.
- Confident in customer-facing environments with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experienced in sales, service or aftersales roles (materials handling or similar industries preferred).
- Skilled in building strong internal and external relationships, with a customer-first mindset.
- Results-oriented with a proactive and flexible approach to meeting business needs.
- Competent in negotiating service agreements and delivering on commercial objectives.
- Familiar with spare parts interpretation (highly regarded but not essential).
