The Role

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our IT operations, supporting a vast network of over 5,000 endpoints across multiple countries. We can accommodate a flexible start date based on your restaurant requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users and restaurants, covering hardware, software, mobile devices, network, and access issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including DHCP, DNS, and Meraki network devices.
  • Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights using Active Directory, Intune, and Azure/Entra.
  • Provision, configure, and support mobile devices using Intune.
  • Support office equipment, video conferencing systems, and peripherals to ensure smooth operation.
  • Provide IT support for executive staff, including device setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Maintain training equipment, laptops, iPads, and loan devices, ensuring they are configured, updated, and available as needed.
  • Assist with end-user computing (EUC) initiatives, including desktop and device management, software deployment, and system upgrades.
  • Work autonomously on IT projects and improvement initiatives, from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, innovative solutions, and enhancements to systems, workflows, and user experiences.
  • Think creatively to solve complex IT problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and contribute to process.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies in day-to-day support activities.
  • Provide clear, professional communication to ensure effective support and user satisfaction.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in IT support across hardware, software, mobile devices, networks, and end-user computing.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 10 LTSC and Windows 11 desktops/laptops.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting, including Meraki, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and access via ADUC, Intune, and Azure.
  • Experience provisioning and supporting mobile devices using Intune.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, office equipment, video conferencing, and executive device support.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
  • Familiarity with IT project delivery & end-user computing initiatives.
  • Experience supporting retail, fast-food, or QSR operations is desirable.
