At All Ears & Speech and Little Allied Health, our Clinical Support Officers are the heart of our team. Working alongside our highly skilled audiologists, speech pathologists, and child and family counsellors, you'll provide essential support to our clinicians, clients and families.

Our clinics are located at Westbourne Park and Elizabeth Vale. We're seeking either one full‑time team member across both sites, or two part‑timers who can primarily work from one location but would be happy to help cover the other site as needed.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Be the first friendly face to welcome clients and families to the clinic, providing an exceptional front-of-house experience.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, manage client enquiries, and schedule appointments.
  • Handle administration tasks, including invoicing, payments, scanning, and filing.
  • Manage resources and prepare clinician files in advance to ensure smooth client appointments.
  • Assist with ordering, managing parcels, and maintaining equipment and clinic presentation.
  • Contribute to team culture by actively supporting clinicians, families, and colleagues.
  • Promote and uphold the reputation of All Ears & Speech and Little Allied Health.

  • Knowledge of Medicare, Private Health Funds and the NDIS is desirable.
  • Must hold and maintain a valid Working with Children Check.
