We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Client Finance Officer to join our growing and dynamic team in a part-time capacity, working three days per week. Please note this role is available for an immediate start.
As our Accounts and Client Finance Officer , you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations. You will also ensure clients are billed and paid correctly, manage all agreements and compliance documentation, and support participants, families, and staff with finance-related queries.

- Drafting, sending, tracking, and renewing agreements, ensuring supports match the participant's plan and align with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements
- Collecting, verifying, and recording client details (NDIS number, DOB, contact info, nominee details)
- Tracking and filing signed hygiene, medication, and consent forms, ensuring they are up to date and easily accessible
- Generating accurate invoices in line with agreements and NDIS guidelines
- Notifying managers and schedulers if funding limits are reached, so support can be adjusted
- Monitoring upcoming payments and following up on any payments that are overdue in a professional and respectful manner
- Managing accounts payable, reconciling transactions and income, ensuring accurate allocation of payments, and assisting with audits and financial recordkeeping
- Ensuring all Service Agreements, invoices, and claims meet NDIS Practice Standards
- Assisting with payroll support, as required
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Previous experience working within the NDIS sector (highly desirable)
- Strong NDIS literacy, with the ability to understand Service Agreements, pricing, claiming categories, PRODA
- Proficiency in Xero, Lumary and PRODA
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills specifically Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Proven analytical skills, able to interpret data, monitor cash flow, and flag financial risks proactively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail with the ability to problem solve
