  • Extensive experience in managing workers compensation claims in accordance with the Return to Work Act 2014.
  • Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on creating and maintaining positive team dynamics and the ability to provide guidance and direction to claims management staff.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and provide a high level of customer service.
  • High level communication skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with a broad range of key stakeholders.
  • A successful problem solver with demonstrated experience in negotiation, conflict resolution and decision-making techniques in the workers compensation environment.
